The location was selected with sailboats in mind, the facilities were designed for sailboats and it is owned and operated by sailors. It can accommodate boats to 38 feet in slips and aisles designed for safety and ease of handling.

To be placed on the waiting list, download, print and mail the attached PDF application to Hammock Island Marina with a $10 check. That amount will be applied to future slip fees.
FACILITIES
On the island itself there is a two-story lighthouse shaped building containing restrooms with showers and a many windowed upstairs room where slip holders can swap sailing stories or pick a book from the library for their next cruise. There is also a shady picnic area with grill and nearly always a breeze.
A de-icer system is installed for those preferring to leave their boats in the water year round.
